Program Overview: Financial Fitness is a financial literacy program that empowers athletes with the knowledge and tools to take control of their financial futures. Through engaging workshops and real-world simulations, athletes learn how to budget, manage income, build credit, and invest with confidence. NIL Athlete

Program Overview:  NIL Athlete is a business development program designed to teaches athletes how to turn their brand into a legitimate business operation. It covers the full landscape of name, image, and likeness: what it is, how it works, how to get deals, how to negotiate them, how to manage the money, and how to build something that lasts beyond college eligibility.

This program is designed to work at any school, whether that school operates under full NIL rules, has its own institutional guidelines, or is in a situation where athletes earn independently. Every workshop is framed around what athletes can do and how to be prepared rather than around any one school's specific compliance rules.

Why It Matters: NIL changed everything for athletes but some of them were handed the opportunity without the education to go with it. This program teaches athletes to understand their value, build the tools to attract real opportunities, negotiate with confidence, manage their income responsibly, and build something that outlasts their eligibility.
