Graphic Design internship - For College Credit Only

Schedule – Part Time 10-15 hours a week

Position Overview

Are you a student interested in building real-world graphic design experience with a growing company? We are a multimedia and lifestyle brand looking for a talented and passionate graphic designer to collaborate and help develop, create, and maintain content and other design collateral for creative assignments spanning multiple platforms.

This internship provides students with an invaluable learning experience, allowing them to tap into their creativity while enhancing brand awareness for increased sales potential.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Gain a clear understanding of LAW OF ATHLETE's vision, mission, values, and brand guidelines

  • Design digital and print materials ranging from:

    • Direct mail (postcards, brochures, self-mailers), digital graphics, social media content, app graphics, newspaper ads, email marketing design components, digital advertisement graphics, i), design collateral for website development, , design collateral for sponsorship materials, proposal decks, promotional items, and more.  

  • Develop templates and slide masters to ensure brand accuracy, consistency, and cohesion

  • Maintain an organized, accessible electronic library of digital imagery, videography, and other content used to create media products that can easily be retrieved, reviewed, and reused.

  • Openly receive feedback from the Creative Director and make necessary changes

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled as a sophomore of above in an undergraduate or graduate degree program (design major preferred) with eligibility to earn academic course credit according to their institution policies. (Proof of course credit eligibility must be submitted prior to consideration) 

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, and Illustrator (Experience in Adobe Animate CC, Sketch, Adobe InDesign, Adobe XD, and Adobe After Effects is preferred)

  • Reliable computer/laptop and quiet workspace

  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills

  • Ability to learn quickly and take on new challenges 

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and use the utmost discretion when privy to sensitive information
